It is my pleasure to inform you that the Screening and Recommendation Committee of the 19th Senate voted to recommend you to the MEA members in the 19th District for the position of State Senator. This decision was based on your unwaivering support of MEA members and education in general during your service in the Michigan House of Representatives.

As an educational service to our members, we will publish your name and information about your candidacy to the educators and educational support personnel in the 19th District urging them to vote for you as the recommended candidate. You will also be placed on the MEA Votes web site with your picture and statement on education for all MEA members to review.
