CITIZENS FOR TRADITIONAL VALUES-PAC ANNOUNCES

ENDORSEMENT of MIKE NOFS for STATE SENATE

LANSING, Mich. - Mike Nofs, candidate for Michigan's State Senate District 19, has been endorsed by the Citizens for Traditional Values Political Action Committee.

"Our leadership is proud to endorse leaders of Mike Nof's caliber," notes James Muffett, President of the statewide organization. "CTV has been working for over 20 years in Michigan's public policy arena on the preservation of life and traditional family value issues. Especially in this hour of overwhelming government encroachment, it is imperative Michigan families have friends in Lansing that will be a strong advocate for the sanctity of life at all stages, the importance of one man-one woman marriage, and the rights of parents to direct the care and upbringing of their children."

"Mike Nofs embodies what we stand for in terms of our values," Muffett said. "We believe Mike will take a leadership role on those issues in the Michigan Senate."

All candidates endorsed by CTV-PAC must reflect basic conservative pro-family values, which include supporting the sanctity of life, preserving the influence of faith and the traditional nuclear family, defending educational and academic freedom for parents, and protecting a free enterprise philosophy of limited government.

Citizens for Traditional Values-PAC is registered with the state of Michigan as an "Independent Committee" for the purpose of supporting candidates for political office.
